With plenty of seating and a spacious outdoor dining table right off the main living space, the options are endless. Not to mention the private, open-air space under the house, complete with multiple couches, a high-top table, and outdoor games. Find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the renovated kitchen, outfitted with new appliances. The large kitchen island is perfect for sharing drinks, cooking, and entertaining. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a private bathroom updated with a walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms also includes a second TV to watch as you wind down. Our favorite coffee and donut shops are just around the corner at Surf City Circle. This home is available from October 1st through March 31st. THIS IS NOT A YEAR ROUND RENTAL.
