Lexy Goodwin, | Dogwood Properties

Lexy is a native of the town of Murphy in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University for both undergraduate and graduate school - Go Wolfpack! - and has called Raleigh home ever since. She has deep North Carolina roots with local family, longtime friends, and many professional connections. Her strong and diverse network of relationships are what set her apart.
Lexy understands that buying or selling a home can be equal parts exciting and intimidating. She believes in cultivating a client-centric experience and her background in service, advocacy and building trusting relationships, empower her to do just that. Lexy obtained her license in 2022 and seeks to individually tailor a buying or selling strategy to fit her client’s real estate needs. She lives in Raleigh’s Ridgewood neighborhood with her husband, Thomas, and young son, Walker, and is proud to be a part of the Dogwood team.
