Stephanie Cole

I am a Raleigh native, so I know this city and its neighborhoods very well. I graduated from NCSU’s College of Design with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in English. After working in D.C., I came back to Raleigh to open my own firm with my husband who is a graphic designer. We successfully ran our own design agency for over 14 years. One enduring design you might see very often is the Wake County logo we created, as well as the branding materials for this wonderful place to live!
With many years of property management experience and being both a buyer and a seller myself, I understand the complexities of both sides first hand. I am very detail orientated and will work closely with my clients to find the perfect home to buy, or prepare your existing home to sell. I also use my investment experience to work with investors to find income-producing properties that will provide a great return. Finally, for sellers, I use my design background to help get your home ready to sell so that it appeals to the widest range of buyers to bring you the best price!
